Cheese
Val di Fiemme – part of “Cheese Route - Strada dei Formaggi” of the Dolomites – is proud of its cheese production: there are Dolomiti, Fontàl, Valfiemme, Caprino of Cavalese and Puzzone of Moena (produced in Predazzo by Caseificio Sociale of Predazzo and Moena), made in typical mountain chalets.
