The prices are in Euro and are indicated per apartment.
The booking is valid only after the receiving of the earnest.
- Arrival: from 16:00 to 20:00
- Departure: by and not after 9:30
- The prices include: rent, electricity, heating, TV color, park lot, bed and bathroom linen.
- Final cleaning: included in the price. If the kitchen is not tidy and in order, € 50,00 supplement.
- Small-sized pets: admitted on request; € 50,00.
- Extra bed: € 100,00.
- Cot: 0-3 ys. old on request, with bed linen included € 30,00.
Deposit: € 100,00 to be given at the arrival; it will be returned at the departure, after the delivery of the keys and the check of the apartment, but not in case of refund due to any possible damage.
Earnest: 30% for the booking, to be paid by bank transfer.
Settlement: at the arrival.
